Euroasia Felt Industries Limited has been established in 2005, located at Gobindabari (Sardaganj), Kashimpur in Gazipur. Its Head Office is situated at SenaKalyan Bhaban (15th Floor), 195 Motijheel Commercial Area Dhaka-1000. The factory is situated on 100 bighas of land with 115000 sft. covered area. The factory is equipped with most modern and sophisticated automatic machines which imported from USA, Germany and Spain.
The factory has started its commercial production with international standard Euro Brand Mattress, Orthopedic Mattress, Toshok, Comforter, Head Pillow, Side Pillow, Medicated Baby Set, Baby items, Bed sheet, many other bedding products and Euro Foam in Bangladesh at the end of 2005 AD.
Euroasia is the only Company which produces very Exclusive Pocket and Bonnel Spring as well as Orthopedic Mattress first time in Bangladesh maintaining international standard. Euroasia, theonly factory that has a capacity to produce 1200 mattress per day. Euroasia produces most comfortable and hygienic bedding items available in the market. With a view to ensure expected quality of the products, a group of highly technical and skilled professionals have been engaged.
Euroasia exports its products such as mattress, mattress panel, comforter, pillow, quilt, chair pad, baby items etc to Europe and Australia regularly maintaining excellent standard, quality and demand. Mr. Sultan Ahmed

The Founder of the Company is Mr. Sultan Ahmed who is also Chairman & Managing Director of The Mother Group of Companies. Mr. Sultan Ahmed, on completion of his education, joined erstwhile East Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (EPIDC) in 1966 and after emergence of Bangladesh as a sovereign State Mr. Sultan Ahmed joined Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation (BTMC) and held different position until he resigned from service of the corporation in 1977 as Co-Ordination Officer. During the long tenure of his services with EPIDC and BTMC, Mr. Sultan Ahmed got the opportunity to get himself acquainted the implementation of Textile Project and management operation of Textile Units under the Corporation.
His practical experiences in the field of Management of Textile Industries inspired him to set up the existing Mother Group of Industries. Mr. Sultan Ahmed had long association with the former EPIDC/BTMC and he involved with Trading, Indenting, Import and Export of goods and services related to Textile Project.
